If cleaning is carried out in the morning, the carpet should be dry by late afternoon, depending on the ambient temperature, whilst upholstery should be given a day to dry out.

Do your best to ensure the area is as free from any obstacles as possible. If we need to move furniture it will be replaced back in position with foil protectors to prevent any staining being transferred from the feet of the furniture onto the clean carpet.

basically nothing apart from Electricity and Water.  If these are not available please let us know and we will do our best to provide a service if we know in advance.
